Ab wann kann ich bestellen?
Der Verkauf öffnet im November. Trag dich in die Warteliste ein, dann sagen wir dir als Erstes Bescheid – die Nummern werden in der Reihenfolge der Bestellungen vergeben.
Wann erhalte ich meinen Pass?
Die Erste Edition erscheint im Januar 2027. Bestellungen werden in Bestell-Reihenfolge nummeriert und als Erste verschickt – je früher du bestellst, desto tiefer deine Nummer.
Welche Cafés sind dabei?
Rund 20 kuratierte, unabhängige Cafés deiner Region – jedes persönlich besucht. Die endgültige Auswahl veröffentlichen wir vor dem Versand; bis zum Produktionsstart kann sie sich noch verändern, der Massstab nicht.
Wie funktioniert die Willkommensgeste?
Du bestellst etwas (z. B. einen Kaffee) und zeigst deinen Pass. Das Café stempelt deine Seite und begrüsst dich mit seiner Willkommensgeste – jedes Haus bestimmt sie selbst und behält sie für sich. Einmal pro Café und Pass, kein Konto, keine App.
Wie lange ist der Pass gültig?
Für die ganze Edition, mindestens 12 Monate. Genug Zeit, um jedes Haus in Ruhe zu entdecken.
Kann ich mehrere Exemplare bestellen?
Ja, bis zwanzig Stück in einer Bestellung. Ab zehn Exemplaren gibt es eigene Konditionen für Firmen – schreib uns kurz an

Kann ich den Pass verschenken?
Ja – die Geschenk-Ausgabe kommt in einer Box mit Karte zum Selberschreiben, bereit zum Überreichen. Der Pass selbst ist übertragbar, bis die erste Seite gestempelt ist.
Ist der Pass auf Deutsch oder auf Englisch?
Beides. Es gibt nur eine Ausgabe, und die ist durchgehend zweisprachig – jede Seite steht auf Deutsch und Englisch. Du musst dich beim Kauf nicht entscheiden.
Wie wird geliefert?
Versand innerhalb der Schweiz, im Preis inbegriffen, 2–4 Werktage nach Erscheinen der Edition.
Was passiert, wenn mein Heft voll ist?
Dann reichst du dein Heft ein – und bekommst etwas dafür. Was, sagen wir nicht. Nur so viel: Es ist kein Rabatt, es wird nichts verlost, und es bekommt jede und jeder, der es geschafft hat.
Gibt es eine App zum Pass?
Keine App, aber das
Logbuch: eine Website, die sich merkt, wo du schon warst. Jedem Pass liegt eine Karte mit Code bei – scannen genügt, kein Konto, keine Installation. Freiwillig: der Pass funktioniert vollständig ohne. Gültig ist einzig der echte Stempel im Heft.

When can I order?
Sales open in November. Join the waiting list and you will be the first to hear – numbers are assigned in the order orders come in.
When will I receive my pass?
The First Edition launches in January 2027. Orders are numbered in order of purchase and shipped first – the earlier you order, the lower your number.
Which cafés are included?
Around 20 curated, independent cafés in your region – each one visited in person. We publish the final selection before shipping; it may still change until production starts, but the standard won't.
How does the welcome gesture work?
You order something (e.g. a coffee) and show your pass. The café stamps your page and welcomes you with its gesture – each house decides its own and keeps it to itself. Once per café and pass, no account, no app.
How long is the pass valid?
For the whole edition, at least 12 months. Enough time to discover every house at your own pace.
Can I order more than one?
Yes, up to twenty per order. From ten copies there are separate terms for companies – just write to
info@timbra.coffee.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes – the gift edition comes in a box with a card to write yourself, ready to hand over. The pass itself is transferable until the first page is stamped.
Is the pass in German or English?
Both. There is only one edition, and it is bilingual throughout – every page in German and English. No choice to make at checkout.
How is it delivered?
Shipping within Switzerland, included in the price, 2–4 business days after the edition is released.
What happens when my booklet is full?
Then you hand in your booklet – and you get something for it. What, we won't say. Only this much: it is not a discount, nothing is raffled, and everyone who made it receives it.
Is there an app for the pass?
No app, but the
Logbook: a website that remembers where you have already been. Every pass comes with a card carrying a code – scanning it is enough, no account, no installation. Entirely optional: the pass works perfectly well without it. Only the real stamp in the booklet counts.
