1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of the physical «timbra» pass (the «Pass») via timbra.coffee and to its use. The provider is Timbra Pass Selsis, owner Sandro Selsis, Suurstoffi 31, 6343 Rotkreuz («timbra», «we»). Deviating terms apply only with our express written consent.

2. The Pass

The Pass is a numbered, thread-sewn booklet presenting a curated selection of partner cafés of one edition. At each partner café, the pass holder may receive a welcome gesture once (see section 5). The Pass is not a discount booklet and grants no price reductions.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the Pass on the website is an invitation to order. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our order or shipping confirmation by email.

6. Validity

The Pass is valid for the respective edition, but at least 12 months from the edition start. The exact end date is communicated on timbra.coffee.

7. Returns

Under Swiss law, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal for this purchase. Voluntarily, we grant: return of unused, undamaged passes within 14 days of receipt against refund of the purchase price; the customer bears the return shipping costs. Passes already redeemed (stamped) are excluded from return.

8. Liability

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence and for auxiliary persons is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We assume no liability for the conduct and services of the partner cafés.

9. Data protection

We process personal data only as far as necessary for ordering, shipping and contact, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG).

10. Applicable law & place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permitted, Risch (Rotkreuz), Canton of Zug.

11. Severability

Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
