Processing of orders and shipping; setting up and maintaining partner cafés (pass and online profiles); answering enquiries; operation, security and improvement of the website; compliance with legal obligations.

We process personal data based on performance of a contract, your consent (e.g. when submitting a form), our legitimate interests (secure operation of the website) and legal requirements.

5. Service providers

We only share data as far as necessary for these purposes, with carefully selected processors: website hosting (Webflow), form transmission (Web3Forms), a payment service provider for card/TWINT payments, a shipping service provider (e.g. Swiss Post) and an email service for info@timbra.coffee. They may process the data only for us and according to our instructions.

Some service providers (e.g. Webflow, Web3Forms) are based in the USA. Disclosure only takes place where an adequate level of data protection is ensured (e.g. via recognised standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards).

7. Cookies

The website uses technically necessary cookies. Any analysis beyond reach measurement only takes place where separately indicated here.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or due to statutory retention periods (e.g. accounting: 10 years), and delete it thereafter.

9. Your rights

Under the revDSG you have the right to information, rectification, deletion and restriction of processing, and you may withdraw any consent given at any time. Please contact info@timbra.coffee. You may also turn to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

11. Changes

We may amend this Privacy Policy. The version published on timbra.coffee at the relevant time applies.
