Buddy and Hannes Stocker roast together – father and son, starting out at the beginning of the pandemic. Since 2024 the roaster has stood in the Chäsimatt in Rotkreuz, in a building where cheese was once made. Monday to Wednesday they roast; from Thursday the Kafi Huus is open: roastery and parlour in one, with the whole range to taste.
